2023 Association Marketing and Member Engagement Survey Analysis

In this piece, we take a closer look at some of the key data points from the 2023 Association Marketing and Member Engagement Survey. Hundreds of association professionals participated in the 2023 edition of this survey. We released the results in the spring, and now we’ve asked a few highly respected association executives to weigh in with their thoughts and insights. Clearly, there are discrepancies between the ways many associations approach marketing and member engagement and the strategies and tactics our panel would advise.  

May the results and analysis of this survey lead to healthy dialogue in the association community, a closer examination of established practices, and a movement by all association professionals toward greater effectiveness in these areas for the benefit of the individuals they serve.
