Without necessarily looking for the spotlight or dominating a conversation, their stories draw us in. They’ve taken lessons learned from previous jobs, travel, hobbies, interests, etc. and made them a part of the fabric of who they are in their work with associations. They’ve demonstrated empathy, curiosity, passion, determination, leadership, and collaboration throughout their lives. We posted on LinkedIn and ASAE’s Collaborate to ask association executives to identify their interesting friends, peers, and colleagues.
