Engaging Younger Members: Part 1

When it comes to engaging younger members or nurturing the next generation of leaders, many associations are at a loss. Standard programming and the usual communications are not connecting with younger professionals in the same ways. Associations need to be reminded that their next influx of members may not be coming from where they think and that they’ll enter the profession or industry with a different set of expectations for membership and their roles.
