Engaging Younger Members: Part 2
Clearly, more effectively engaging younger members is a goal many associations are striving to achieve, particularly as the stabilizing force of older members retire from a wide spectrum of professions and industries. Creating opportunities to contribute, and fostering a sense of community, will go a long way toward engaging with younger members.
