Business Development Representative

Protech Associates seeks a full-time Business Development Representative to source qualified sales opportunities. Partnered with Senior Account Executives, the ideal candidate will excel at uncovering prospect insights, exhibit unparalleled determination to make connections and build relationships, and pride themselves on exceeding high expectations.

Essential Job Functions

  • Lead Sourcing
    • Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Office 365, LinkedIn and Outreach technologies daily to connect with, qualify and set appointments with association professionals (CXO, Directors, Administrators).
    • Identify, develop and convert leads to qualified, sales-ready opportunities.
    • Collaborate with BDR Manager and Senior BDRs to learn more about Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Association Management Software (AMS) industry.
  • Organizational Management
    • Participate in daily and weekly sales meetings to review opportunity progress and adapt new strategies for prospect engagement.
    • Support and attend virtual, hybrid or in-person exhibitions and trade shows (some travel required, in accordance with recommended health and safety guidelines).
    • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to close new business opportunities.

A full-time Business Development Representative can expect to earn a competitive salary, plus commission.
