We’ve assembled executive directors from four state and regional societies of association executives for this panel on “The State of Associations, Part 2.” We’re asking them about their memberships, what their members are facing, and how they’re charting courses in light of current challenges. In this discussion we’ll touch on engaging younger members, supporting multi-generational teams, and strengthening the pipelines for recruiting both staff and volunteers. Our all-star panel will also explore the member value and expectations around events as well as the positioning and relevancy of associations and why they matter even more in this present time.
