Once every two years, we bring Protech customers, partners and staff together to celebrate customer successes, explore industry best practices and take a deep dive into association management software education. It just so happens that 2020 is one of those years!

From engaging thought leadership presentations and in-depth product sessions to exclusive networking opportunities high atop the Four Seasons Baltimore, April 15 and 16’s Fusion 2020 is the premier event for Protech power users this spring.

Still deciding who from your organization should attend? Here are five of the top reasons you should make the trip to Protech’s Customer Conference: Fusion 2020.

5 Reasons to Attend Protech’s Customer Conference: Fusion 2020

1 – Network With Your Peers

One of our favorite things about the Fusion is that it gives our customers a chance to share ideas and best practices with their peers. We’re proud of the fact that we provide our customers the opportunity for virtual networking through our Protech Users Group year-round, but nothing beats the face-to-face networking experience provided at Fusion.

This year, we’ve taken our networking event to new heights. Literally. Join us for Fusion 2020 and you’ll be invited to attend our networking reception at The Bygone at the Four Seasons Baltimore. Come for the networking opportunities, and stay for the beautiful views of the Inner Harbor.

2 – Find Out What the Pros Know

By attending Fusion 2020, you’ll have access to dozens of amazing roundtables and sessions hosted by your peers and Protech staff, respectively.

With sessions focusing on everything from Microsoft Power BI to improve your association’s business intelligence and advanced accounting sessions to help perfect your financial processes, there’s something for everyone at Fusion 2020.

This year, we’ll also be offering CAE-approved thought leadership sessions for those who are hoping to re-up their Certified Association Executive credential.

3 – Spend Time With Key Protech Resources

We love Fusion for many reasons, but our staff particularly looks forward to the one-on-one chats they get to have with customers. It’s much easier to talk out ideas and discuss the future of your association with in-person conversations. These conversations may also lead to finding new ways to optimize existing processes within your association that you may not have considered before.

That’s why we like to set aside time for customers to meet with our Relationship Managers and product experts at each and every Fusion conference.

4 – Learn From a Microsoft Expert

Like most customer conferences, we invite a keynote speaker to inspire attendees and get them excited about what’s possible within their organizations. To help our customers envision the future of AMS fueled by Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, we invited Microsoft Business Applications Consultant Steve Mordue (pictured below) to share his insights into the world of Microsoft.

5 – Meet With Tech Experts

While the focus of Fusion 2020 is set on Protech AMS, we’re excited to have several Protech partners on site to highlight their association technology offerings.

At Protech, we love to promote choice with our AMS – putting the power back into the hands of the user by making integrations easy. Whether you’re looking for a new content management system, marketing automation platform or learning management system, we’ll have several partners in attendance to give your association the opportunity to add best-in-breed solutions to your already powerful Protech AMS.

If any of the reasons above have caught your eye, visit the Fusion website to get started with your registration today! We hope to see you in Baltimore on April 15 and 16!
